Local Port was founded in 2011 by Gilad Ramot, born out of a real need during the planning stage of the Red Line of the Light Rail. During this stage, foreign companies arriving in Israel faced numerous challenges, such as how to transport their employees, set up offices, find accommodation for their teams, and meet other essential needs with no clear solution. In response to these challenges, Local Port stepped in to provide tailored solutions and quickly became a key player in the field.
