We’re pleased to share some cautiously optimistic news: the State of Israel, with the mediation of the United States, has reached a ceasefire agreement with the Iranian regime. We want to emphasize that this ceasefire is delicate and could be broken at any moment. We remain hopeful for the achievement of long-term agreements between the nations.
Important Updates for Our Clients:
Visa Extensions (B1 and B2 Visas): For our valued clients, please note that B1 and B2 visas have been automatically extended until September 30, 2025.
Government Office Operations During the Conflict: Throughout the 12-day period of the conflict, all government offices were closed. Consequently, any applications submitted during this time were not reviewed or processed. We understand this may cause delays and appreciate your patience as services resume.
Extension of Re-Entry Visas (Inter-Visas) for Foreign Workers: The Foreign Workers Administration at the Population and Immigration Authority has announced an important update. Due to the security situation and the closure of Israeli airspace, the validity of re-entry visas (inter-visas) for foreign workers who left Israel for their home countries on vacation has been extended.
Specifically, workers who departed Israel with a re-entry visa that has expired or will expire between June 12, 2025, and July 30, 2025, will now be permitted to return to Israel until July 31, 2025. This means there is no need to issue a new visa or contact the authority for these specific cases.
